Steve Johnson

The Chief Investment Officer of Intelligent Investor Funds Management is Steve Johnson. Steve was formerly managing director of The Intelligent Investor Publishing Pty Limited (Intelligent Investor). Prior to joining the Intelligent Investor, Steve worked in Macquarie Group’s investment banking division and the accounting divsion at UBS.

He has a Bachelor of Economics (Econometrics and Finance) from the University of New South Wales. In addition to writing research and recommendations at the Intelligent Investor, Steve had significant influence over the Intelligent Investor’s model portfolios and has more than a decade’s experience managing his own private investments.

Matt Ryan

Matt is an investment analyst and officer of Intelligent Investor Funds Management, providing stock research and analysis.  Prior to joining the investment team, Matt was a commercial analyst at engineering services firm WorleyParsons in Western Australia.  Matt has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree (attained with first class honours), as well as a Bachelor of Laws (attained with honours) both from the University of Adelaide.

Michael Haddad

Michael is an investment analyst and consults to Intelligent Investor Funds Management, providing advice in the areas of stock selection, portfolio construction and general risk management. He is presently a Principal at Peters MacGregor Capital Management where he has worked as an investment analyst since 2002. Prior to joining Peters MacGregor, Michael was an investment analyst at Fisher Funds Management in New Zealand. Michael has a Bachelor of Management Studies degree (attained with first class honours) as well as a Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance, both from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
